NNUH Ad-Hoc Work Experience- May-July 2026
Applications for Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Ad-hoc work experience will be open from 09:00am on Monday 2nd March, and will close at 09:00am on Wednesday 4th March. This is for placements between May-July, applicants are only allowed to submit a single application per window, and can list one department for their desired placement area. Should an applicant apply more than once, or list multiple areas, their first choice will be chosen. If applicants apply for a placement outside of this window, their application will be rejected.
This opportunity is open to applicants aged 14+, for opportunities to undertake a non-clinical, or clinical (16+ only) placement within the organisation- please note, our placements may include virtual offerings, as well as talks or tours, where a physical placement cannot be undertaken.
Applicants will also need to write a supporting statement (minimum 250 words) detailing why they would like a placement at the Trust. Applications will be reviewed week commencing 9th March, and all applicants will be contacted regarding whether or not their application has been successful. Applicants will then be required to complete pre-placement checks by a set deadline prior to undertaking their placement.
