Guest speakers ... We regularly invite Research Scientists and Industrial Chemists to come in and speak to students.  We have excellent connections to the University of East Anglia and Cambridge and are also actively involved in the STEM Ambassador programme within Norfolk.

Competitions ... Students are invited to take part in national competitions including the Chemistry Olympiad run by the Royal Society of Chemistry.  We have monthly "Enhanced Chemistry" meetings to support, enthuse and stretch interested students.

Trips ... Trips have included visiting the University of East Anglia for a Spectroscopy Day in the School of Chemistry, and for laboratory tours in The School of Chemistry and Environmental Sciences.  We have also visited Briar Chemicals in Norwich for competitions and site tours.
