Why Computer Science matters

From the arts and entertainment to agriculture, healthcare or finance, Computer Science is driving innovation across all fields. Computer Science education provides an opportunity for us to focus on the deeper learning and problem solving that the discipline of computer science requires. High paying jobs abound for students who have computer science knowledge and skills, preparing them to create the new technologies.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom is used extensively now in the Computing department – from year 7- 13. We set out all our lessons on this digital learning platform so that students can easily access this from home, on their mobile devices or from anywhere they have internet access.

All work is also submitted, marked and returned to the student via Google Classroom
