    AS/A2/A-level:

    Information for Students - AS/A2/A-level Results - Thursday 17th August 2017            

    The Envelope Moment

    Results will be available in the Dining Hall as follows:

    A2/A-level  8am – 10am

    AS 9am – 10am

    In the Exams Office from 10am – 3.30pm

    UCAS clearing process – A2/A-level students

    • 8.15- Room M24. Advice on UCAS clearing and adjust processes – Mr Harper.

    Computers will be available for students in M24.

    - If you are concerned about your results:

    • Advice and Guidance will be available from Thursday 17th August from 8.30-1pm and 1.30-4pm on the 1st floor of St. Mary’s. Please note there will be no one available from 1-1.30.          

    It is your responsibility to arrange collection of your results. If you would like someone else to collect them you will need to inform Exams Office before the end of term by email exams@ndhs.org.uk or print the form below and return it to us before the end of term.

    Please note: If your nominated person is not a student from the school they will need to bring photo ID.

    Results not collected will be sent home by post that afternoon, after 4pm.

    GCSE:

    Information for students - GCSE Results - Thursday 24th August 2017

    1. The Envelope Moment

    Results will be available from 9am-11am in the Dining Hall and from the Exams Office 11-3.30 pm.

    Please look carefully at the Examination Results help sheet on:

    ‘How do I work out my GCSE points score?  shown here and on walls in the Dining Hall.

    The key criteria for NDHS Sixth Form entry is 38 points overall from the best 8 GCSE scores including a Grade 4 or above in English Language and Mathematics, along with any subject specific requirements.

    2. What now?

    In addition to the information below, this flow diagram may help you.

    If you have not applied to Notre Dame Sixth Form, then we wish you good luck in your future.  Please check the enrolment procedure for your new college / Sixth Form.

    If you have applied to Notre Dame Sixth Form but have, unfortunately, not got the points required then you will need to collect an information sheet from the box outside the Dining Hall to help you make future choices.

    If you have applied to Notre Dame Sixth Form and have the points required for entry (plus any subject specific entry requirements) then you simply need to hand in your enrolment form in the library on the 1st floor of St Mary’s.

    If you have applied to Notre Dame Sixth Form and have the points entry, but require any advice or guidance then appointments are available on the day by booking an appointment with the 6th Form team upstairs in the library. Please note there will be no one available from 1-1.30.

    If you are planning on joining the 6th Form and are unable to collect your results on the day, it is your responsibility to arrange collection of them. If you would like someone else to collect them for you, you will need to inform the Exams Office before the end of term by email exams@ndhs.org.uk or print the form below and return it to us before the end of term.  Please note: your nominated person will need to bring photo ID unless they are a student at the school.

    Thursday 24th August is also the deadline for enrolment to the 6th Form so please ensure you hand in your form.

    If you are unable to collect your results on the day, please complete this alternative arrangements form, and return it to the Exams Office before the end of the summer term. We can also accept students' own personal authorisation by email: exams@ndhs.org.uk
