This initiative was launched in the Spring Term 2013. It is an opportunity for any parent or carer with a child at Notre Dame to come along to listen to and talk with other parents and carers about ideas and suggestions of how the quality of education and pastoral care provided by the School could be further improved.
The meeting will be hosted by Neil Cully (Head of School). Our aim is to improve the quality of communication between school and home, to improve our understanding of parents’/carers’ needs and concern and to receive and share ideas. We intend to use issues and ideas which arise from these meetings to inform our school improvement and development planning.
Meetings are scheduled every term (for forthcoming dates see below) and begin at 7pm. They will finish by 8.30 pm. The venue will be C10 (which is near the main entrance on Surrey Street) unless otherwise stated. Minutes of each meeting are taken and published (see below). Drinks are provided.
Parents and carers who are unable to come to the parent forum meetings can still make a contribution to the on-going discussion by completing a feedback questionnaire at the annual parents evening or by sending an email directly to the school (email@example.com)
