    1) Achieve and agree a shared understanding of why and when we should mark or give other forms of feedback.

    2) Reduce and try to eliminate unnecessary written feedback.

    3) Reduce intra-departmental inconsistency

    4) Share and spread the most effective mechanisms of feedback.
