Exam Stress and Relaxation
Get involved in learning practical relaxation exercises and strategies to reduce exam stress.
Georgie Murdoch, a MAP Advice Worker attached to our school, has been offering relaxation sessions for students in the run up to the summer exams. The relaxation sessions began in February and although successful, we would like to extend the invitation to ALL interested students who will be sitting their exams this year. If you would like to attend one (or all) of the sessions or would simply like to know more, then pop along to M22 on Friday lunchtimes and have a chat with Georgie or any of the MAP team on duty.
Georgie’s exam stress and relaxation sessions are on Fridays after school at 3:30 (until 4:45) in M22.
